Emergency safety exec sells for $4.25M
6003 La Flecha
Nicholas Connor and his wife, Kathleen, sold a four-bedroom, 4.5 home at 6003 La Flecha in Rancho Santa Fe for $4.25 million to the Finley Trust on Aug. 21.
The Connors paid $2.6 million for the property in Nov. 2004.
The 7,423-square-foot house was built in 1985.
Mr. Connor is the CEO of Pacific Pathway, a provider of emergency preparedness and personal safety products. The company was formed in 2005 and is based in Encinitas.
