Grubb & Ellis board member sells in La Jolla

Justin Halenza sold a three-bedroom, three bath home at 7090 Caminito La Benera in La Jolla for $1.468 million to Lin Hsia on Aug. 25.

Halenza paid $1 million for the property in April 2005. The 2,469-square-foot house was built in 1977.

Halenza serves on the board of directors at Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial, the privately-held commercial real estate brokerage firm in San Diego. He joined the firm in 1997 as an office specialist.

He is a member of the leadership and development group at Grubb & Ellis|BRE. He is also a member of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce as well as the National Associate of Industrial and Office Properties.

He received his bachelor's in business administration from the University of Colorado.
