State Assemblyman sells Solana Beach 4BD for $992K

Martin W. Garrick and his wife, Jane, sold their four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 812 Santa Rufina Dr. in Solana Beach for $992,500 to Antonio and Connie Gomes on April 24.
Garrick bought the property for $559,500 in Dec. 2001.
The 2,240 square foot house was built in 1978.
Garrick is North County's State Assemblyman for the 74th District and the owner of the Admiral Property Company, a real estate investment firm. He has also founded telecommunications company Admiral Industries Inc. and has served as the first vice chairman of the San Diego Republican Party.
His political career also extends to the administration of former president Ronald Reagan, when he held the position of Deputy Senate House Liaison at the White House.
He earned his bachelor's in business administration from California Western/United States International University in San Diego.
