Private Investor sells La Jolla 3BD for $2.58M

William Shenk sold a three-bedroom, two bath at 8585 El Paseo Grande in La Jolla for $2.58 million to the Patterson Company on April 16.

Shenk paid $3 million for the 1,995 square foot house in Sept. 2006. It was built in 1980.

Shenk is a private investor who has served as a member of the board of directors of Mazel Stores, Inc., a major regional closeout retailer and wholesaler.

Prior to joining the company, he served as an attorney in Columbus, Ohio, and Atlanta, Ga. He also served as vice president and general counsel to Consolidated Stores Corp. in Columbus, Ohio.
