Former pro lacrosse player scores $785K deal in Rancho Santa Fe

Hamilton Pollard and his wife, Erin, bought a three-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 3916 Avenida Brisa in Rancho Santa Fe for $785,000 from Erin Hanley on April 11.
Hanley paid $985,000 for the home in May 2006.
The 2,354 square foot home was listed for $900,000. It was built in 1971.
Mr. Pollard is a former Major League Lacrosse defender for both the Baltimore Bayhawks and the L.A. Riptide. He retired from the Riptide following the team's inaugural 2006 season.
He is currently a special projects analyst for First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. in San Diego. He attended Penn State University, where he played collegiate lacrosse and earned All-American honors with the Nittany Lions.
