Travel video founder sells La Jolla bungalow for $1.06M

Devon Ericson sold his two-bedroom, one bath at 310 Playa del Norte in La Jolla for $1.06 million to Jean Pfau on April 3.
Ericson paid $326,000 for the property in May 1998.
The home was listed for $1.09 million.
Ericson is the president of SeaVid, a San Diego-based company specializing in the production of destination videos for the travel industry. The company produces videos for more than 500 cities worldwide.
He is also the co-founder of Video Passports, an interactive web site that allows travelers to watch videos and find information about their travel destinations.
