Real estate agent, SDSU supervisor sell La Jolla condo
1000 Genter St.
James Bonggat and his wife, Penelope, sold their three-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo at 1000 Genter St. in La Jolla for $1.465 million to David and Guiliana Fann on March 28.
The Bonggats paid $1,263,500 for Unit #305 in Sept. 2004.
Mr. Bonggat is a real estate advisor for Prudential California Realty in San Diego. He's held the position since Feb. 2007.
Mrs. Bonggat is a supervisor at San Diego State University. She attended San Diego State and the University of California-San Diego.
