Attorney, developer swap giant Solana Beach 7BD

Daniel Pascucci and his wife, Jennifer, bought a seven-bedroom, six bath at 16539 Via Lago Azul in Solana Beach for $3.4 million from Brent Grizzle and his wife, Lauren, on March 25.

The Grizzles paid $2.2 million for the property in April 2006.

The 7,087 square foot home was listed for $3.9 million. It was built in 1985.

Mr. Pascucci is an attorney in the San Diego office of international law firm Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. He works in the litigation department of the firm, specializing in complex business litigation, intellectual property law, class action defense, unfair competition and telecommunications.

He earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University (1993) and his bachelor's from Fordham University.

Mr. Grizzle is the chief developer of the San Miguel Ranch, a parcel of land set for residential development located approximately 37 miles north of San Luis Obispo. A native of California's Imperial Valley, he has developed similar residential communities in El Centro and the San Joaquin Valley towns of Porterville and Tulare. He has focused on the San Miguel Ranch since 2003.

He earned his bachelor's in agricultural engineering technology from Cal Poly University-San Luis Obispo.
