Marketing veteran sells in La Jolla for $5.5M

Joseph J. Tebo and his wife, Ann, sold their home at 6207 Camino de la Costa in La Jolla for $5.5 million to Donald and Stacy Rosenberg on March 27.
The Tebos paid $1.3 million for the property in Feb. 1996.
Mr. Tebo has served as the president and CEO of Trusonic Management, a business music and messaging service based in La Jolla. The company provides businesses with music and message services for their on-hold programs and general use. Mr. Tebo worked as the company's top executive since the its inception in 1997.
He is also the president and founder of the Tebo Group, an international marketing consulting company in La Jolla. He founded the company in 1994.
Prior to his current business ventures, Mr. Tebo spent 33 years in the marketing department for gasoline giant ARCO. During his time there, he spent four years as the president of AM/PM International, the chain of gasoline and convenience stores wholly owned by ARCO.
He earned his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and his bachelor's in Economics from Brown University.
