Vicki Krantz sold her four-bedroom, three bath at 940 Santa Queta in Solana Beach for $930,000 to Scott and Paula Benson on March 7.
Krantz paid $98,000 for the home in July 1976, the same year it was built.
The 3,053 square foot home was listed for $989,000.
Krantz is the director of business and professional programs for the University of California at San Diego's Extension Complex. She was promoted to the position in Jan. 2002 after three years as the director of human resources management programs at the UCSD Extension.
